Membership Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for being part of the Progreso Soccer community. We want to ensure your experience is positive, and please review our membership policy below:
 
Membership Cancellations
Members can cancel their membership at any time. To do so, please contact Ricardo at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
 
Refunds
Pro-rated refunds may be available for memberships canceled within the first 10 days of signing up.
 
Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after cancellation confirmation.
 
No refunds will be issued for memberships canceled after the billing cycle has been processed.
 
Renewals & Billing
Memberships are billed automatically on a recurring basis unless canceled before the renewal date. You will receive a reminder before your next billing date.
 
Membership Hold / Freeze
If you need to temporarily suspend your membership, please contact us to discuss options for a hold or freeze, subject to availability and terms.
 
Additional Notes
Memberships are non-transferable.
We reserve the right to modify or terminate memberships with prior notice.
